Terms of Service – Let’s Work Cleaning Services

Booking & Payment

When booking a service with us, you agree to provide accurate information about your home and cleaning preferences. Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been made in advance. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Let’s Work Cleaning Services may adjust pricing based on a few important factors, such as:

  • Market Conditions & Inflation: Our prices may occasionally be updated to reflect increases in supply costs or inflation. Any price changes will always be communicated to you ahead of time.

  • Condition of the Property: If your home’s condition is significantly different from what was described—such as excessive clutter, pet-related damage, or unexpected cleaning needs—we reserve the right to adjust the rate accordingly. You’ll always be informed before any changes are applied.

  • Changes in Service Scope or Frequency: Adjustments may also apply if there’s a change in how often we clean, the size of your space, or the type of service requested.

You’ll be notified of any pricing updates before we begin. Continuing to use our services means you agree with the new rate.


Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once a service has been completed, except in cases where we’ve clearly failed to deliver what was agreed. In those cases, we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with something, just let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning. We’ll gladly come back and fix it at no extra cost—because your satisfaction means everything to us.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge.

Your Responsibilities

Please make sure we have access to your home at the scheduled time. If any part of the home we’re supposed to clean is locked or inaccessible, we’ll contact you to discuss. It’s your responsibility to ensure those areas are available for cleaning.

Also, we kindly ask that you store away any hazardous or restricted items—such as firearms, toxic chemicals, or anything that could pose a safety risk. Our team is not authorized to handle dangerous materials.


Liability

We are fully insured for any damage or accidents that may occur during the cleaning process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or the loss of valuables that were not disclosed.


Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or property information you share will be kept strictly confidential and used only to provide the services you request. We never share your information with third parties unless legally required or necessary for service delivery.


Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service at any time if terms are violated or if we encounter ongoing issues that prevent us from delivering services as agreed.
This includes repeated miscommunication, restricted access, or lack of cooperation. If service is terminated, any charges up to that point remain your responsibility.


Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms of Service. If we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
